Removal/deportation defense Legal representation for immigrants who are in deportation proceedings.
Legal protections for immigrant victims of family violence Legal assistance for men and women who qualify for immigration benefits under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) because they have been abused by a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

If you meet the following requirements, you may be eligible for asylum:
Support for DACA (Dreamers): We assist with Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) renewals and related questions.
Advice on Criminal Issues and Immigration: If you have past legal issues, we can help you understand how they might affect your immigration case.
We also believe in empowering you to understand your rights and speak up for yourself. Our Self Advocacy Program teaches you how to navigate the immigration system, so you feel more confident and in control of your journey.

Led by our experienced legal director, we offer monthly workshops and one-on-one assistance to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate the complex legal system and break down barriers to justice.
