AT ACCESS JUSTICE PROJECT, WE ARE DEDICATED TO EMPOWERING COMMUNITIES BY PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE LEGAL SUPPORT AND EDUCATION TO BRIDGE THE JUSTICE GAP AND PROMOTE EQUAL ACCESS TO JUSTICE FOR ALL.
Access Justice Project is a nonprofit organization that provides legal advice, advocacy, representation, and education to underserved people across California and Texas.
We are a group of professionals committed to providing legal assistance to individuals who are most in need and least able to afford it.
Our mission is rooted in the belief that true justice can only prevail when inequality is eradicated. Through our efforts, we strive to ensure that everyone has equal access to justice, regardless of their financial circumstances.
At Access Justice Project, our clients benefit from the support of a compassionate team that advocates on their behalf. Our team is committed to:
Access Justice Project works to protect and advance justice for the most vulnerable populations in California and Texas.
Access Justice Project offers a range of free services to the community, made possible through a comprehensive intake process and funding from grants and donations.
Even for those whose incomes fall slightly above the threshold for free services, AJP offers sliding-scale fees, ensuring that affordable legal assistance is available to a broad spectrum of the population.
By removing the financial obstacles that so often prevent vulnerable members of society from seeking the legal recourse they require, AJP is truly making a difference in the lives of those it serves, empowering them to navigate the legal system with confidence and ultimately achieve more equitable outcomes.
Access Justice Project is happy to answer any questions you may have related to our work. We look forward to connecting with you.
